Terms & Conditions Effective from February 19th 2015

All information submitted is made publicly available on several pages within the V1 Web Directory and may also be used on additional websites belonging to Access Appraisals Ltd. or Terry Simmonds.

Special listings - FREE - Invite Only
Special listing allows you to provide a brief description of your business and the services you provide, it also allows you to display your contact details.

Note: Special Listings are only available to people who contact me 1st and only if I choose to accept them.

Basic listings - £30.00 +VAT (per annum)
The basic listing allows you to provide a brief description of your business and the services you provide, it also allows you to display your address.

Note: This section only relates to where listings are displayed in UK Small Business Directory and not V1 Web Directory

Upgraded listings are only upgraded in UK Small Business Directory

Silver Listing - £50.00 +VAT (per annum)
Silver listings are the same as basic listings but are displayed more prominently in your "category in county" and "category in town" sections and a link is provided on your individual page to allow visitors to go to your own website.

Gold Listing - £75.00 +VAT (per annum)
As Silver Listing but are displayed more prominently than both basic listings and silver listings, are colour coded to match your website, displays your images/logo, and also provides an additional 2 links to your most important internal pages to allow visitors to go straight to your products/services.


Please note:
You are issued with a user name and password when submitting your details, this enables us to edit or delete your listing.

Should you need us to make any changes to your listing we will have to charge a £30.00 (+VAT) administration fee to do this for you. (This fee does not apply to deletions, which are done free of charge)

We reserve the right to edit details, change page layouts and delete entries at any time without making a refund.

All initial payments received are for assessing or setting up directory listings, no refunds are issued if listings are rejected, edited or deleted for any reason.

  • Any other information you supply about your business and services.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly delete or correct (see editing fees) any information found to be incorrect.

Passing on your contact details

You agree that when registering in UK Small Business Directory you grant permission to us to share your contact details with other businesses in our network who may contact you about services/products.

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure if you no longer want your details made publically available we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Content you submit

You agree that any information submitted, including text, images, sounds, videos belongs to you or you have permission to submit them, you also agree that we have permission to use it on any of our network of websites and can also upload it to video sharing websites like youtube for example. You agree to idemnify us from all responsibility and not hold us responsible for displaying any information you submit to us.

You agree that you have the rights to submit all Content* to “Access Appraisals Ltd.” and that you grant “Access Appraisals Ltd.” and “Terry Simmonds” a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence (with right to sub-licence) to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform any Content you provide.

When signing up with the UK Small Business Directory you agree that we may occasionally contact you by phone, email or mail with regard special offers, upgrade options, enhanced listings, etc. You also agree that we can act as an authorized representative for your business to set up Google+, Google Local Business Centre, Google My Business and any other similar Google Maps related services. These terms and conditions were updated on 19/02/2015 and apply to all listings submitted from this date until the date these terms are updated again.



*To process a subject access request under the Data Protection Act, we will require:

1. A cheque for £10 made out to Access Appraisals Ltd.

2. Proof of the your identity.

This must be 1 of;

Passport
Photo driving license
National identity card
Birth certificate

and also 1 of;

Utility bill showing current home address
Bank statement
Building society statement/book

Please do not send original documents.

We may also need to contact you for clarification of the information you are requesting, and to agree how to send your personal data to you.

After we have received your request, the fee and proof or your identity, the process to provide you with information can take up to 40 days.
